Hi, I’m Kate—Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, Counselling Therapist, mom of three, and the heart behind Soul Connection. I work with neurodivergent humans—those who may experience the world a little differently and often feel out of sync with the expectations around them. If your mind races, you lose track of time, or you often feel like you’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time… you’re not alone. You’re in the right place. My approach is gentle, real, and rooted in deep personal understanding. I’ve spent years navigating life with a neurodivergent brain—and I know what it’s like to crave a space where you don’t have to explain everything. A space where your full self is welcome. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I believe in showing up with you, exactly as you are. Whether you need a quiet place to land, someone who gets what it means to have a busy brain and a tender heart, or practical tools to help you move through the chaos—I’m here for all of it. My office reflects that intention too—bright, sensory-rich, and designed to soothe and support. From cozy textures and grounding scents to calming visuals and movement-friendly furniture, the space itself is part of the healing. You’re invited to come as you are and feel held in every sense of the word. In our sessions, I draw from a curated range of approaches—mindfulness, somatic work, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and practical life strategies—tailored to fit your unique rhythm. Think of it as a flexible toolkit, built on experience and insight, to meet you where you are. You don’t need to justify why the small things feel big, or why burnout creeps in even when you’re trying your best. I understand. I’ve seen it, supported it, and moved through it too. And I’m here to help you reconnect—with your self, your values, and your sense of calm. While much of my work centers around neurodivergent experiences, my practice is open to all humans navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing grief, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, or relationship struggles, I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space that centers your pace and your story. I’m also queer-affirming and hold deep respect for gender diversity, identity exploration, and the courage it takes to live as your full self. Every story is welcome here. If you’re craving one-on-one support that’s grounded, genuine, and built around what actually works for you—let’s talk. Book a session or reach out with questions. I’d love to connect.
