I hold a warm, inclusive, strengthening space for you to unpack and process where you’re at and where you’re going. As a trauma-informed, client-centred therapist, I will listen well & I will collaborate with you in your care. My aim is for my office space to be both sensory-sensitive & neurodiverse supportive and conversations regarding neurodiversity (including ADHD) matter a great deal to me.

Pricing:

I currently work under clinical supervision as I accrue my post-diploma clinical hours & I am happy to offer a discounted rate at this time. My hope is that a reduced rate can be of benefit to those in our community who experience a financial barrier when accessing mental health support. Please keep in mind that I work with individuals ages 12 and up as well as couples.
